Stanley A. Mathews received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English language and literature from the University of Michigan in 1965.  He is a member of Delta Tau Kappa international Honor Society and received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1968.

He was a member of the Cincinnati Estate Planning Council for 30 years, as well as the American, Ohio and Cincinnati Bar Associations and is still admitted to practice before all state Courts and Agencies and before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
